Dear prefects,
There'll be no ikea trip tomorrow. This is because if many people were to turn up then we would need to spend alot of money on taxi fares. Thus, most of the prefects will be helping to re-organise the prefect's room and moving of furniture. Prefect's duties will be posted tomorrow. Please look out for it. Secondly, the exco would like to thank everyone for their hard work and time taken to do the parent's night duty for the past three weeks. We appreciate the time that you've sacrificed to help out even though it was late into the night. Duty List For The 1st Day Of School - @ 1:16 AM
Hey Prefects! It's the last day of the school holidays & everyone's looking forward to the new school year! All the new faces & the new accquaintances we'd be making :)
Here's the Duty List for the FIRST DAY of SCHOOL(4th January,2010) :) 1ST Day Of School Duty: Note: Prefects are involved in ushering the parents to the waiting area (canteen) and to guide the sec 1 students to their respective classes. Secondly, two prefects would be in charge of each Sec 1 class to bring the prefects down to the parade ground. Thirdly, we need 2 prefects to bring those who were newly transferred to Whitley to bring them back to their respective classes. Lastly, each prefect would be in-charge of each class from Sec 1 to Sec 5 to hold the class list up so that students would know about their new seating arrangement during assembly. Ushering: Valerie, Nadiah, Kerry, Trevin, Roy, Sheryl, Anisha, Nicholas, Yeng Yeng, Hong Sui, Brintha & Nabila Note: Those names who are highlighted would usher the Sec 1 students to their classes. Those who are not highlighted will usher the parents to the canteen. Please note that prefects have to be in school by 6.45 for this duty.
