Dear Prefects,
Do you know that the school once decided to close down the Prefectorial Board 2 years ago because they felt that the Prefects are redundant in the school?
I cant believe that actually crossed their minds before.
so throughout these years,we have been doing our best and trying to prove to the school that YES!Prefects are needed in the school,we are important!
This cannot be achieved only through the exco efforts,but we really need the whole prefectorial board to come together as a team and do something for the school!yes,we need the whole lot of you.This can only be achieved by a TEAM EFFORT!
I know some of you feel that you are giving up and sacrificing more than others for the board,for eg.why am i doing duty so dilligently,whereas the other prefects can slack and still be recognised as prefects?if that thought ever crossed your minds,then let me tell you.YES!you are a true prefect!you are doing your duty dilligently and you have done your part for the board(:
We are noticing your every actions,even the teachers are.The teachers may not mention anything,but yes they are watching your every tiny action and behaviour and feedback to us or the prefects mistress and master.
and please prefects,we have already cut down the morning meetings to once every week.Its just once a week.We don't wanna see you come down for morning meetings only when we sms you and tell you whats going to happen during the meetings and then you decide if its worth it to come for it.Pls,every morning meeting is important,we only get to see once every week and brief you on the important happenings.
In short,we want each and every one of you to do your best and contribute to the board.Show the school about the importance of prefects.
