it goes like this:
i)Nomination of Exco members by ALL prefects.

ii) All Confirmed Sec3prefects are all eligible
for the Exco positions.Nominated Prefects will attend an interview
conducted by current Exco.

a)Why so special?
We want it to be fair and the Excos to gain recognition and respect.if the student vote for you means they respect you.
b)Does everyone stand the same percentage for the votings?
No,teachers will have a larger say.
c)What if the system is biased,friends vote for their friends only?
These 6-8 prefects are the best of all the sec3s prefects,even so this is not a popularity contest,it's about serving the school and being role models.
d)Will you disclosed the number of votes?
No,we will not disclose the number of votes only the placement of votes.
e)When will i know the results?
April 2009.
